Election is
a celebration of democracy, claims counter claims, barbs and repartee are
normal fare, some times vicious, mostly sarcastic.
Loud, over
the top at times shrill is par for the course, the seeming acrimony during
elections is not carried beyond.
All get
their chance to speak, contestant, journalist, intellectual, public at large
poor to the richest member of the society.
This
election has been a protracted one, yet the fatigue did not set in and amidst
all this noise. Here these very versatile and talented individuals who don’t
ever speak a word yet convey they messages through their magic of cartoons.
This is a
collection of cartoons which has been used by Dr.Arvind Lakhani to convey a
message to us all.
